Kathleen has navigated various industries including credit unions, construction, government, manufacturing accounting, and the not-for-profit sector. Excels in providing flexible and rapid problem-solving solutions, essential qualities for a responsible position. As a valuable team player, she seamlessly integrates into diverse environments, responding promptly to client needs while consistently delivering exceptional results. Significant achievements span procedure documentation and implementation, financial analysis and reporting, budget preparation and reporting, and team building. Kathleen is not only a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) by the Project Management Institute but also a strong communicator with great interpersonal skills. In September of 2022, Kathleen got her start with PlanADay when introduced to Kian by a previous employer. Since then, they have been working collaboratively to keep our finances in order. Prior to that Kathleen started working with the Reno Sparks Indian Colony - Colony Enterprise Authority / Compliance. Continuing to keep the finances and budget reporting in order. Beyond her professional life, Kathleen finds joy in giving back to the community through winter knitting projects for the homeless. Additionally, she enjoys reading during the winter months. When spring, summer, and fall arrive, you'll find Kathleen engaged in gardening, hiking, and swimming, all year long embracing the simple joy of hanging out.
