About Kathleen Oconnell

Kathleen received her M.B.A. from Northeastern University and a B.S. from Boston College in Management with a Computer Science concentration. She has over 17 years of Account Management and Training Development/Design and Implementation in technology and business environments. Her current responsibilities include the design, development/updates and delivery of customer training courses for the Massachusetts Management Accounting and Reporting System (MMARS) for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Kathleen is a team player who is able to establish working relationships throughout any organization. She is flexible, open-minded, and is able to get an objective view of situations and adjust actions to tailor final product. She has a talent for analyzing existing training and procedures, evaluate their adequacy in meeting user needs, and make improvements as appropriate. Aside from training, Kathleen is often sought out for assistance from agencies throughout the Commonwealth, providing assistance with Federal Grant management and reconciliation, as well as Payment and Encumbrance management.
