About Kathrin Kramer

My overriding goal is to create added value for something long-lasting in a team environment. I like to approach things in a solution-oriented and knowledge-hungry way. Tackling complex challenges from different perspectives is something I particularly enjoy. Thereby, I am convinced that it is important to focus on customers’ needs. My interests lie in the ecological and digital transformation of business models. Due to my profound experience with business developing tasks, I know how important it is to involve different stakeholders in order to be successful. I have proved this during my positions as executive assistant to the CEO of a mid-sized company and as investment manager for European hydropower portfolios. Today, as a research assistant/ PhD student, I have a pronounced opportunity to gain insights into the needs of companies from a variety of industries. In order to translate the challenges of these companies into practical solutions, I can draw on my existing experience and open-minded way of thinking by being open to new technologies such as machine learning or concepts such as circular economy. Furthermore, I appreciate working in a goal-oriented team where the values of honesty and reliability are of particular importance. I am looking forward to new opportunities and inspiring connections.
