About Kathrin Marinova

As a Location Coordinator at Netflix, Hulu, Amazon & Legendary Productions, I contributed to the successful production of several blockbuster movies and TV shows. I was responsible for scouting, securing, and managing locations, liaising with local authorities and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. I also supported the production team with budgeting, scheduling, logistics, and problem-solving. With a BA in Film from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, I have a strong passion for the art and craft of filmmaking. I have over five years of experience in the film and TV industry, having started off as a Production Assistant at Chicago Fire, working my way up to becoming the Coordinator for the Locations Department. I am a team player, a quick learner, and a creative thinker, always ready to take on new challenges and opportunities. I am looking for a role where I can apply my coordinator and production skills to create engaging and impactful stories for diverse audiences.
