About Kathryn Army

I’m a product and segment marketer with experience in two areas, Product Management in the Health Advocacy space and Segment Marketing which focused on selling Healthcare products to Government and Education entities. I have a deep passion for health and wellness at a personal and community level and to expand my knowledge I recently earned a certification in Food, Nutrition, and Health. During my career at Cigna Healthcare, I was a critical member of the matrix team that designed a next generation Health Advocacy product by supporting all aspects of the design, build, sales story and was responsible for training the organization on the new product. Our product supported over 8 million members. I also have experience in developing and executing strategies to grow and retain business segments by creating compelling messages, value propositions, sale stories and ensured delivery of competitive and differentiated products. Our segment consisted of 1.8 million members. I have a collaborative style focusing on building bridges effectively with matrix partners to drive results by earning respect and trust from my colleagues. I thrive in fast-paced environments.
