A senior banking executive accountable for leading an end-to-end product business, underpinned by almost a decade of cross-industry strategic consulting experience. I currently run Australia’s second largest institutional deposit book for the Westpac Banking Group and previously ran their consumer deposit book. I am accountable for product, risk and customer outcomes, funding and revenue growth and have experience in transformation delivery, including product & fee simplification, channel uplift and operating model design. Prior to leading this, I spent almost a decade with IBM in business and customer strategy consulting, leading opportunity assessment, planning and strategic program management in business & digital transformation, cost take out and value management disciplines for a range of clients in both Australia and New Zealand. I enjoy managing a P&L, delivering a mix of both run and transform outcomes and leading and developing direct & cross-functional teams.
