About Kathryn Davis

Hi! I'm Kathryn, a fourth-year Management student at the University of Florida with a minor in Entrepreneurship. I am currently pursuing acceptance into the Master of International Business program at UF. I am extremely interested in continuing to broaden my global experience, professionally. I spent this past summer solo backpacking across Europe and Morocco while simultaneously working a full time remote position as a UF Teaching Assistant for CGS2531 - Problem Solving Using Computer Software. The opportunity to gain experience quickly adapting to different cultures while maintaining excellent organizational and professional discipline has taught me invaluable lessons. My previous experience of studying abroad in Madrid in 2023 sparked my interest in pursuing a management position on an international scale. I highly enjoy working in teams with varied and diverse perspectives, opening the door for creative solutions to improve business efficiency. UF has brought the valuable experiences of leading and helping others with my positions as a TA, International Guide, and President of a student organization working to emphasize the importance of sustainability in the business world. My professional goals include project management and implementing sustainable business practices in a corporate setting. My outgoing and personable attitude encourages me to collaborate effectively with customers, peers, and professionals. I am a highly motivated and well-organized individual who possesses strong leadership skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
