I am a strategic and people-centered Learning & Development leader with a strong foundation in customer experience and people management. Currently pursuing a Master of Education in Adult Education & Community Development at OISE (expected Dec 2025), I blend academic insight with hands-on leadership experience to shape impactful learning strategies and drive organizational growth. My studies in workplace learning & social change, organizational change, coaching, and community development deepen my ability to design learning experiences that are not only practical and scalable, but also socially conscious and future-focused. With 6+ years in hospitality and customer service, and 8+ years in people and leadership roles, including L&D and payroll & benefits, I’ve designed and led scalable programs that support every stage of the employee journey, from onboarding to manager development to culture-building. I specialize in strengths-based, inclusive learning experiences that enhance leadership capability, boost engagement, and enable long-term business success.
