There's nothing quite like inspiring someone to discover what they're truly capable of. I work with individuals, teams and organisations - senior leaders, female business owners, trustees - across higher education, high growth SMEs and charities. As their coach, facilitator, and adviser, I empower them to shift mindsets, embrace change, and achieve their own definition of success in ways they never thought possible. My journey: From leading an international charity to creating Montreal's first bilingual Entrepreneurial Hub, building my consultancy (working with 70+ Universities), founding the Female Leadership Collective, and serving as a Non-Executive Director. Currently Head of Strategic Change at University of Salford, building change capability that empowers leaders and their teams to lead transformational change that truly sticks. My 'Thrive in 5' principles- clarity, courage, connection, curiosity and compassion - underpin all my change leadership work, driving success in every transformation.
