Kathryn is an environmental and social scientist with 15 years of experience and a passion for change. At the Canada Energy Regulator she leads award-winning engagement campaigns and advises on cultural intelligence, systems, and project and program strategy. Kathryn has a knack for turning the most complex conflicts and problems into practical, human solutions. A neurodivergent leader, Kathryn is passionate about dismantling invisible barriers, challenging legacy structures, and creating workspaces where people feel safe, valued, and heard. Kathryn believes the best workplaces are built on trust, laughter, and doing things differently. Kathryn holds a Master's in Conflict Analysis and Management and is a recent graduate of the Mosaic Leadership Development Program, where she honed her skills in inclusive leadership, systems thinking, and supporting revolutions from within.
