I have been with IBM for approx 17 yrs. After working in presales customer support, I became a certified power sales specialist at the Atlanta Sales Center. In this inside sales position, I supported outside sellers, and also had my own subset of their accounts which I focused on for selling activities.I placed all my outside seller's orders and provided both presales and post sales support for them. In this role, I worked extensively with end to end support from presales to solution building to pricing and quoting through order entry and follow through to delivery, involving deals for POWER, Storage and Large Systems. After joining The STH, I served to support sales reps in the field providing end to end support. I assisted in training BSS in Manila and transitioned to the position of Bid Manager. I support SWG and SWG bids, and am in the process of broadening my skills to include bids for all brands.
