About Kathryn Harrison

As the director of Kaiser Permanente of Georgia's Wellness and Health Workforce programs, I lead multiple initiatives that are designed to help our clients and our employees become more empowered and informed about leading healthier lifestyles. This current position is the result of years of steady progression in responsibility - and a strong commitment to innovation, project management and of course, Kaiser Permanente's key mission of well-being. While working for the YMCA in two different locations, my focus was one of collaborator and influencer - working in conjunction with business stakeholders, health boards, and local businesses. During my tenure, I was intimately involved with the launch of a square foot facility, with direct oversight of 60 employees. As I look toward the future, my goal is to be a senior leader who is the strategic visionary of teams that create and execute measurably outstanding wellness and healthy workforce programs for corporations and their clients, as well as a top Human Resources decision-maker who drives innovative programs that promote the fiscal, mental, physical and creative “total health” of employees.
