About Kathryn McIntosh

From an early start in engineering, field experience has been a key part of my career. As a first role working for Husky Energy in Lloydminster, on to Red Deer in the fabrication and petrochemical industries and finally to Calgary, where I was still incorporating as much field time into the corporate work life as possible. The ability to have face to face conversations with Operations at any time, and to actually see the things I have worked on has proven to be invaluable. I have a passion for helping companies achieve fully optimized processes, by working to identify and implement small projects that have the greatest economic impact. Listening carefully and taking a collaborative approach has allowed me to effectively understand the needs of Operations while incorporating the technical and economic requirements to make the solutions achievable. My varied experience within multiple industries has provided me with a well rounded approach to problem solving and has positioned me as a valuable team member. Realizing that an effective culture is key to a company’s success leads to my dedication to make a positive contribution to the culture of any company I am a part of, in support of our successful future together.
