With a diverse background in education, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Indiana University with specializations in public relations and web design, I bring a comprehensive skill set to my roles. Proficient in communication and organization, I navigate deadlines efficiently. With experience in leadership and problem-solving, I aim to foster collaboration and optimize project performance. Prioritizing stakeholder engagement and ethical conduct, I strive to deliver projects that exceed expectations.I hold a Master of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Ball State University and have a passion for creating learner-centric instructional materials, eLearning courses, and projects for both corporate and educational settings. Previously, I worked as an elementary school teacher at Bertschi School, where I collaborated with subject matter experts to develop personalized instruction and served as a member of the DEI Task Force.My core competencies include Articulate Rise, Articulate 360, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Canva, HTML, CSS, and Java. I am motivated by the opportunity to empower learners, inspire curiosity, and foster growth.
