I'm thrilled to share my new career shift and sector change to Amica Senior Lifestyles. Amica’s values resonate deeply with me. I'm excited be a part of a team that’s so committed to creating community where residents feel safe, valued, and engaged each day, and where families know their loved ones are cared for with warmth and respect. My career journey has always been rooted in people, service, and community. I brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, including senior management roles with renowned hotel brands such as Fairmont, Westin, Coast Hotels, and Starwood. Throughout my career, I have guided large, diverse teams, championed service excellence, and created welcoming environments where employees and guests alike could thrive. My leadership is defined by empathy, collaboration, and a deep belief that great service is about caring for people. In recent years, I expanded my work beyond hospitality through our consulting firm, Indigenous Worx, where I supported over 20 Indigenous communities working closely with elders and knowledge keepers. These experiences allowed me the privilege of listening to and learning from seniors about what truly matters — connection and a sense of belonging. It was here that I found my calling to bring my hospitality expertise into the seniors living sector. As a long-time resident of the Tri-Cities, I have been an active volunteer and board member serving my community. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my wonderful partner, our three children, and our dog, in the wilderness hiking and skiing.
