I believe in regeneration: of the natural world, of communities, and of hope. If my energy and experience can help amplify your mission, I’d love to connect. My journey has always revolved around how we relate to the material world—from studying biology, to running a food-focused social enterprise, to shaping climate, forestry, and housing policy at the heart of UK government. Curiosity drives me. I thrive on understanding how organisations tick, rolling up my sleeves, and getting things done. Here are some career highlights I’m particularly proud of: • Leading a £200m programme at the Natural History Museum to create a world-class science and digitisation centre—securing funding, navigating pandemic and political turbulence, and unlocking data to fight biodiversity loss. • Turning technical climate data into national headlines, reframing new UK climate projections into a major story with the Prime Minister to elevate public awareness and understanding. • Bringing people together under pressure, helping reshape forestry policy amid public outrage by fostering collaboration and rebuilding trust. • Supporting a new MP to make an immediate impact, building their team, navigating Parliament, and establishing momentum in government. • Co-founding a community parklet on an inner-city street—reclaiming space for people and nature, and sparking conversations about public space and the common good.
