With over 26 years of professional experience, I am a Sr. Manager of Global Trade Compliance at MKS Instruments, Inc, a global leader in the semiconductor industry. In this role, I manage the development and implementation of GTC audit and investigations and disclosure policies, procedures, and best practices for trade compliance across the organization, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. In my previous roles as a legal professional I have managed and negotiated export contracts, licenses, agreements, and audits, as well as conducted due diligence and risk assessments for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. I have a paralegal certificate from the National Center for Paralegal Training and a bachelor's degree in music from Carson-Newman University. I have acquired and honed skills in contract negotiation, export controls, due diligence, and corporate paralegal services throughout my career. My core competencies include strategic planning, problem-solving, communication, and leadership.
