About Kathryn Utley

I am currently a regional operations Manager with 10 years of supervisor experience in Primary Care and Urgent Care, moderate complex lab and Imaging center and over 20 years experience as a Certified Medical Assistant in Specialty and Primary Care settings. I have exceptional skills in leadership and team building. I have a passion for creating a team based culture, inspiring and supporting my team to be successful, creating an environment that best supports our patients and drives an organizational standard and growth. I enjoy working hard for my team and have a passion for empowering them to exceed in quality, skills and a high quality of care.I have a lot of experience working on committees within the organization. A few of which include, managing operations for Covid-19 redistribution and communications while partnering with internal key players and MDH, clinical rooming, Epic, onboarding, and supply standardization, marketing strategies and signage, and in-basket workflows. I have been able to create so many important and crucial partnerships both internal and external with IT, clinical teams and leaders and also executive leaders both internal and external. The positive relationships that I have been able to create and maintain throughout the years has taught me so much and enabled me to be the leader I am today to help me grow in my career.
