My clients own businesses in the Elder Care and Senior Living industry. They are also Coaches, Health Care Providers, and Therapists who work primarily with the over 50 age group. In other words, they are people who are driven to help other people-) These professionals provide wonderful services for families. And using social media to market their business is challenging for them. If this sounds like you-we may be a fit! After 20 years of working as a Massage Therapist/ Life Coach and Motivational Speaker, I found myself in the senior care industry. I was led to this industry after caring for my own aging parents. Like many of you, I was a care manager for my family. I learned about all of the different services available because at one time or another we used them. Along the way, I met some really incredible business owners. They were passionate and caring but they struggled with the marketing side of the business. This is just not where their heart was. They wanted to help people and to educate them about so many things. However, without the right marketing strategy, they could not reach the people they wanted to help. Marketing Is My Thing -) Through it all, I have been successful with every business I founded. The reason? I am good at marketing. I love figuring out how to attract the right clients for a business. What I discovered was that most people in helping professions are not marketers. They are good at what they do but not so good at marketing their business. Over the years I have seen way too many really wonderful professionals lose their business. And it wasn’t because they were not good at the profession they chose. It was because they struggled to figure out how to attract the clients they needed to keep their business running.
