As President of AWIT I led a highly successful group of women to increased membership and exposure via development and implementation of focused programs, networking, and partnership with various organizations into a recognized entity in the local international community. In order to tackle an escalating receivables issue with the US government I guided the following series of processes that provided an outstanding outcome: created a team, presented the problem, organized data and developed a plan to resolve the problem. Continually assessed progress, developed innovative solutions through sharing among team members resulting in a 93% reduction in Accounts Receivable. Upon initial hire I recognized the need for sales reporting for a small business. I organized sales data, developed a report format, trained owner on usage, and implemented regular reporting for owner.
