Life happens. I love working with my clients to make sure they are covered, knowledgeable, and prepared for whatever comes along. When things do happen, I'm there to help sort out and resolve the challenges. Employee Benefits are a critical part of a good employee-employer relationship. Having the benfefit of holding positions at differing levels within companies, I understand the importance of making a good business decision and taking care of employees at the same time. It can be done, and that is what I work with my clients to create - benefit packages that are well thought-through and well communicated. My career has been dedicated to taking care of the people, jobs, and systems within my charge. I am always looking for opportunities to make improvements.
