About Kathy Craddock

Kathy is a former United States Marine with a specialty in supply logistics. Upon leaving the Marine Corps, as the mother of two small children, 1 former preemie, Kathy founded the non-profit organization Preemies Today and served as president until 2007. During that time her family served as an ambassador family for the March of Dimes National Capital Area. She spoke on behalf of her son and others with significant health and disability issues related to preterm birth at various events including the 2008 SCHIP hearings at the House of Representatives. In 2014 Kathy founded Kickshaws Downtown Market in Fredericksburg Virginia, a local market providing the community with farm fresh produce and meats and other local artisan goods. It later expanded to include a restaurant in 2016. Kathy is currently CEO of Kickshaws Gluten-free Bakery is a dedicated gluten-free bakery located in Fredericksburg Virginia. We focus on breads, pastries, cakes and various other desserts that are not only free of gluten, but also free from nuts, eggs, dairy and other animal products. Kickshaws offer direct to consumer purchasing through events, farmers markets and online ordering locally and nationwide, but also have several retail outlets that resell out breads and other baked goods.
