I’ve been in “everything but the kitchen sink” roles where any activity that doesn’t fit with other job titles would go to me. There is never a dull day in my world, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Having held various manager positions in the financial services industry, I bring out my team’s strengths and talents to successfully accomplish goals and objectives. I’ve also held leadership roles within multiple Inclusion groups as I want to make any organization I work for a better place for all employees. This has earned me the honor of being featured in the Top 15 on the 2025 Empower Future Leaders Role Model List! I am a team player with strong collaboration skills. Fun fact: I am an amateur musician for a community orchestra where teamwork, adaptability, discipline, commitment, and effective communication skills are critical for the group’s success. Applying these skills in all my roles ensures my internal partners and I deliver the best product to our stakeholders, whether it is deploying a new workflow tool or putting on a music concert. Currently, I’ve taken on a short-term assignment to give back to the community. I’m serving as the interim Operations Director for XL Academy, a nonprofit dedicated to educating, inspiring, and breaking down language barriers for international students. Eventually, I’ll be seeking a permanent role to leverage my skills of converting challenges to achievements.
