About Kathy Dierker

I have lived and worked in Fort Worth for 40 years. My husband, Charlie, and I raised our four children here and are very active in the community. I served as a nurse for 33 years and loved it, finishing my nursing career as School Nurse at R.L. Paschal High School. I became a Realtor in 2015 and have been a Top 10 Producer at Alexander Chandler Realty since transitioning to real estate. I have carried many qualities from nursing into her real estate career — investing in people, paying careful attention to detail, and employing excellent communication skills. I am active in the Fort Worth Women’s Club, Bible Study Fellowship, and the Mistletoe Heights Historic Committee. I also keep my hand in nursing by working in the First Aid Room at the annual Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo, which is great fun and a valuable community endeavor. Charlie and I lead the Ascend College Ministry at our church, St. Paul Lutheran, in downtown Fort Worth. We love spending time with our children and grandchildren. As an active member of the National Association of Realtors and the Fort Worth Association of Realtors, I specialize in residential real estate, serving the entire DFW Metroplex and surrounding areas. I enjoy working with buyers and sellers, and take pride in offering timely responses to all clients, finely tuned marketing plans, and strong negotiation skills. My clients receive professionalism, integrity, and honesty in every transaction. A lifelong learner, I regularly seeks out continuing-education opportunities to hone my skills and become more competitive in this fast-paced market. She have built relationships with an integrated network of affiliated real estate service providers such as mortgage lenders, inspectors, and appraisers. My aim is to provide comprehensive services to each and every client and to make each one a client for life.
