I am excited to reflect on my career path and the impactful work I’ve been privileged to be a part of in the fields of community outreach, program development/facilitation, juvenile probation and re-entry coordination. Starting with First Grace United Church of Christ, I had the opportunity to develop, coordinate, and supervise outreach programs, building connections and helping individuals through community-based initiatives. This role allowed me to lay the foundation for my passion for service and supporting underserved populations. Continuing my journey, I had the privilege of working with the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Western Reserve, where I expanded my experience in community engagement, youth development, and program management—empowering young people to reach their full potential. Today, I am proud to serve as the Program and Re-Entry Coordinator at Summit County Juvenile Court, where I work under the phenomenal leadership of the Honorable Judge, Linda Tucci Teodosio and alongside a dedicated team to support the successful re-entry of our youth back into their communities. Through individualized support, case management, and collaborative partnerships, I help guide youth towards brighter futures and reduced recidivism. Each of these roles has shaped my commitment to social justice, program development, and advocacy. I am honored to be part of a movement focused on breaking barriers, building trust, and creating opportunities for those who need it most.
