GLOBAL EXPERIENCES As a Principal for Thoughtworks Uganda, I helped to build a new office which included hiring the right team members, creating business development strategies, and ensuring a sustainable culture to create and hold a space to for African talent to build software for Africa. I had the pleasure of facilitating an innovation working group with an East African telecom provider and small hold farmers to generate innovative solutions to help the farmers manage their resources from end to end which resulted in 5 viable concepts for investment.
