About Kathy Grinsteiner

I'm passionate about helping companies develop their greatest asset: their people. That's why, after more than 20 years of corporate leadership experience, I founded EverGROWTH Consulting. Time and time again, my work with leaders and team members drove home the same truth: people are reservoirs of experience, knowledge and creativity. And they want to develop strong connections. The best companies know how to draw upon that wellspring of potential within every employee. I am here to help guide that effort. I am available for individual speaking engagements and/or opportunities to partner with you to create a strong, inclusive organizational culture. While at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, I led the development and implementation of a successful frontline leader development (coaching) program for the statewide operational areas. More than 200 leaders successfully completed the program, with 97% of their leaders stating that they witnessed sustained improvement in leadership behavior that they attributed to this program. I was honored to present program details at Training Magazine's annual conference, and at Blue Cross Blue Shield's National Summit. I also led the implementation of a trainer development program and a provider-facing Speakers Bureau. These projects were not part of my regular job, but I did it because I LOVE developing people! I have completed three certificate programs through American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and Training Magazine, focused on leadership development programs and measuring the effectiveness of learning. Having completed both Leadership Grand Rapids and Leadership Grand Traverse, I learned the importance of serving as a strong community trustee. I have served on numerous non-profit boards, and have led committees to successful project implementations. I led Traverse Connect's Professional Development committee in the successful creation of a community mentorship program. I served as a volunteer community mediator for many years, and currently mentor a military spouse through American Corporate Partners. I launched an anti-racism series in 2022 because I believe strongly in fostering an equitable and inclusive community. I help companies unlock their potential by developing a strong, healthy team culture. Let's talk!
