Partners HealthCare at Home (PHH) provides the highest quality health care services to people in their homes. PHH has nearly patients across eastern Massachusetts. Partners Health System rolled out an updated electronic health record and I had the pleasure of working as the Organizational Readiness Director for PHH, working direclty with our Partners eCare Team and Epic on decision making, build, workflow design and system integration. Optimization of the EHR is continuously occurring and as Director of Clinical Informatics I work with our clinical operations team, quality compliance, learning and development staff as well as our Epic application and Epic tech support to ensure we meet the needs of our patients, staff and regulatory compliance.
