About Kathy Hotelling
After treating individuals with anorexia and bulimia nervosa for over 30 years in university and hospital settings, as well as in independent practice, I shifted my area of professional focus to Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder in 2009, by first starting Navigating Life with FASD to help families with a loved one with FASD and to provide training to the community. In January 2018, I co-founded a 501(c)3 nonprofit, NCFASD Informed, Inc. The mission of Informed is to create FASD informed communities to empower individuals impacted by prenatal exposure to alcohol. Our vision is a world where individuals with an FASD thrive.
