I’m the Manager for Plants of the Wild, a native plant nursery focused on producing quality native plants for restoration projects in the western United States. In this role I lead the company, overseeing a team of dedicated employees. Plants of the Wild has been a leader in the production of a diverse pallet of native plants for over 30 years. I have been dedicated to the success of our company for 28 years. My responsibilities as manager of Plants of the Wild have provided me with a solid background in management and customer service. I pride myself in the ability to set high standards for myself, my employees and the products and services that our company provides. Managing the business has given me extensive experience in budgeting, finance and personnel management. I enjoy the connections that I have made with my customers over the years. I find sales as a way to establish relationships, answer customer questions, and meet client needs, rather than promotion of a certain product. This philosophy has created a long list of very satisfied clients. I have extensive experience with public presentations and I greatly enjoy communicating with others in group situations, or one on one. I communicate in a respectful, thoughtful, and professional manner. I have a passion for the agriculture, forestry and restoration industries. I love rural America and enjoy instilling these passions in others. I have a solid background in agriculture business and environmental restoration.
