Consultant to ESOMAR's Professional Standards Committee. Delighted to be on a high-level team to revise the ICC/ESOMAR's International Code of Market, Opinion and Social Research and Data Analytics. The Code is adopted by over 60 research associations in more than 50 countries, and gains weight from the adoption by the ICC, with over six million members in more than 100 countries. Also collaborated with an expert team to produce ESOMAR's 20 Questions to help buyers of AI Based Services for Market Research and Insights. Was ESOMAR Director of international standards at ESOMAR from 2010 until 2016, working with market research, insights and legal experts from around the world to develop and promote global research codes, privacy guidelines and best practice recommendations. Established ESOMAR's Public Affairs capacity in 2010 to represent market and social research to regulators, and bodies like the UN and the ICC. I am currently a working party member to revise the ISO 20252. Was Editorial Consultant to Research World, having worked at The Economist and Euromoney with a BSc Hons in Politics and Sociology from the University of Southampton in the UK. With a passion for research and insights, I love talking with research professionals from around the world about innovation and best practice in consumer insights, knowledge and strategy. Volunteer for projects with NGOs such as Amnesty International.
