Joined AssuredPartners in 2014 as Executive Administrator. I work directly with Melissa Armatis, Profit Center Leader, Joseph S. Daly, General Counsel, Martin F. Daly, CPCU and Claire McCord, Manager Life & Benefits Division. My duties at DMI include, but are not limited to: • Marketing: Budget/track advertising dollars, co-ordinate print ads, TV & radio commercials, promotional give-a-ways, calendars, sponsorship of client events and fundraisers • Event Planning: Annual company holiday party, retirement parties, potlucks, summer events, etc. • Negotiating: Favorable terms & pricing with vendors, caterers & other providers for special events • Co-ordinate Charitable Giving/Events: Adopt-a-Family for the holidays, Walk for Warmth, Adopt-a-Shelter and many others • Power Point: Sales, Management and Employee presentations for Local & National meetings • Printing/Inventory Control: Work with local printer for letterhead, pocket folders, envelopes • Manage CE: Schedule & track Continuing Education Classes with carriers for employees to earn required credits to maintain insurance licenses. • Scheduling: Co-ordinate appointments, invitations and updating calendars, including monthly sales & managers meetings utilizing Outlook • General Correspondence: Typing and document creation as needed utilizing Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets and Microsoft Word Preparing and submitting quote requests for Employee Benefits to carriers through BenefitPoint
