I’ve learned to measure success differently, to be tenacious and not give up at the first sign of resistance, to find another way to achieve desired results. I’m a connector, a catalyst, a coach, a mentor and a raving fan of local businesses and people who make a difference in our community every day. I delight in meaningful conversations with people to get to the heart of what makes them tick. I want to know how they got to where they are today, where they are heading with their careers and their companies, and how I can help them address the gaps between their current and desired states. I believe it’s important to begin with the end in mind, and that generating and exploring ideas can lead to amazing breakthroughs.
