About Kathy Morgan

I began my real estate career in the early 80's. You all remember those years, these were the first forclosures due to adjustable mortgages. I was very fortunate, I had a neighbor with GTE Mobilnet, which was headquartering in the northwest area of Houston. He was happy to introduce me to his HR person, which lead to many clients from their company. I was also a parent of a very active son, who was at that time in elementary school. He was always playing sports, we went from soccer to basketball to baseball every year. I had a wonderful 10 years in real estate. I chose to take a leave of absense from real estate, due to my family needs. Within the next few years my husband was relocated to Buenos Aires, what a wonderful experience. Being in another culture assisted my ability to listen to the world around me. Back in the states a few years later I went back to school to get my interior design degree. Design is definitely my passion and real estate is my people connection. How lucky I am to being in an industry which relates them both. Specialties: In 2008 I became a docent with Rienzi, which is one of the Museum of Fine Arts, house museums. This is a fantastic mid century home full of wonderful paintings and furnishings. I'm still learning about everything in this house but even now could go on and on about how fantastic it is to be a part of Rienzi.
