About Kathy Palmer

As a Director at Raycap, a leading provider of telecom infrastructure solutions, I oversee the operational process and sales strategy improvements for the North American Small Cell Telecom division. I have more than 30 years of experience in leading organizations and teams to exceed revenue and profit goals in the manufacturing industry. I am passionate about making a difference in people's lives by delivering high-quality products and services to our clients, such as Crown Castle, Extenet, ATT, and Verizon, as well as Electric Coops and Independent Telcos. I manage a nationwide network of manufacture representatives and a team of program/project managers who are each responsible for 50-60 ongoing projects across the country. I have a track record of driving multi-million dollar growth and process improvements, as well as building and maintaining key relationships with internal and external stakeholders. I am an effective communicator, a collaborative leader, and a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
