Twenty-five years of experience working in real estate, publishing, and finance, In real estate, I have focused on goal setting and accountability, implementing operational systems, maintaining financial records, and managing all functions of the transaction coordinator. I have developed and continue to maintain operations procedures as well as design, manage and coordinate marketing material. Above all I strive to provide the highest degree of customer service to our clients, past, present and future. In publishing, I have focused on working with time sensitive material ensuring that quality and accuracy standards are met. In this compacity I interact with overseas vendors and copyeditors to keep manuscripts on schedule and to provide quality control and feedback for edited material. In addition, I have created work-flow management tools as well as documentation to ensure consistency across projects that are still in use today.
