About Kathy Renard

As the Vice President of Operations, Kathy is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the company. Working hand-in-hand with the leadership team, she sets the project management strategy and direction for the organization. Kathy leads the organization in the delivery of consistent and effective procedures, streamlining the project management protocols and ensuring the company's objectives are being effectively implemented. Prior to joining Fox Contracting in 2008, Kathy was the Director of Corporate Services at MCI Canada, bringing with her expertise in administration, property management, space-planning, procurement and asset management. The successful delivery of an sq ft build-out of their new corporate headquarters required strong skills in lease negotiations, detailed space planning, tendering,$5M budget management and the phased relocation of 250 employees without interrupting business operations. This extensive experience has afforded her the unique ability to see things from her client's perspective further enhancing Fox Contracting's focus on exceeding client expectations.
