About Kathy Stalker

With over 27 years of work experience, I am a passionate and driven and working towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Innovation and Leadership. I excel at statistical data analysis, talent management, and problem-solving. I have also been involved in coordinating and organizing the Jackson County Fair Open class exhibits for over 13 years. As an Associate Analyst at Asante, I worked with the Talent Management team to support the organization's strategic goals and initiatives related to employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, and retention. I used various tools and methods to collect, analyze, and present data and insights that inform and guide decision-making and action-planning. I also collaborated with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of talent management processes and practices across the organization. Some of the skills that I used in my role are Microsoft PowerPoint, statistical data analysis, and talent management. I enjoy working with a talented and supportive team that values innovation, leadership, and excellence.
