About Kathy Temple

As a Human Resources Business Partner I support the human resource development and personnel management of over 800 employees across multiple locations. I partner with managers and leaders to provide coaching, training, and feedback to enhance employee performance and engagement. I also facilitate the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of talent, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. With my Executive Coach Certification from API Career College, I bring a deep understanding of human behavior, motivation, and communication to my role, and help employees achieve their personal and professional goals. Prior to joining UIDC I worked as a senior generalist at Umpqua Dairy, I also worked as assistant supervisor and inventory Control Clerk at WinCo Foods for 17 years where I gained valuable skills in inventory management, data entry, and customer service. I have an Associate's degree from Umpqua Community College, where I studied business administration and human resources. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive and grow.
