About Kathy Wehmeyer

As a Senior Business Analyst, I help business stakeholders solve problems with customized software. I love learning about new systems and businesses and enjoy collaborating using Agile processes. I use process flows, wireframes and requirements charts to help my user stories clearly define the solution. In my current position at Ascend Learning, I'm writing stories and planning teams' work using the SAFe methodology. I’ve been successful because I’m organized and very results oriented. I stay laser focused on the big picture while making sure to define all the details to make the project work! I’ve defined requirements for websites, mobile apps and other complex backend and integration projects, and have been successful in three Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller companies. What’s unique about me and my approach is my ability to constantly plan my work, get feedback and adjust based on project priorities. I enjoy being involved in all the details throughout the entire project life cycle.
