About Kathy Wright

Manufacturing background with a career of Management and Leadership experience working with cross-functional teams, day-to-day operations, inventory, audits, safety and environmental issues, ISO, OSHA, FTZ Regulations, DFT, Lean Six Sigma, Black Belt Certification, Rapport Leadership Master Graduate, and Advanced Frontline Leadership Training. As a leader, I believe you are only as good as your team. In my career, I have strived to make sure my team was challenged, encouraged, and developed to be capable of standing on their own to accomplish their goals for future aspirations. In my current role, my goal is to teach the workforce to be self-directed by using Lean Six Sigma Tools to develop their skills in problem solving day-to-day issues. In order for a team to be successful, they must be shown how to stand on their own and troubleshoot to get the root cause and be trained effectively. As a leader, you want to see others succeed and understand how to accomplish goals; whether in life or work. Believing in yourself is the first step to success.
