Most recently, I held the position of Chief Marketing Communications Officer at Novant Health, leading a dynamic team across a multi-state organization. My responsibilities spanned a spectrum of activities, including marketing, brand strategy, consumer insights, public relations, social media, brand journalism, internal communications, and creative services. I thrive on cultivating high-performing teams, orchestrating communication campaigns that enhance both external and internal engagement and contributing to the overall growth of the business. The journey has been extraordinary, and I take pride in elevating the reputation of the organizations I've served. Along the way, I've been honored with recognitions such as the John L. Thomason Award from Carolinas Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing Society, the Infinity Award from PRSA Charlotte. I was named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of North Carolina by Women We Admire, and inducted into the Hospital Marketing National Hall of Fame by DTC Perspectives, Inc. I also had the privilege of being named a "40 under 40" Rising Business Leader by the Charlotte Business Journal and have received many awards for my work from the Carolinas Healthcare Public Relations & Marketing Awards and American Advertising Federation Addy Awards.
