About Kati Plasse

As a passionate advocate for maternal mental health, I am dedicated to guiding women through the complexities of their lives. With a background in social work, I hold licensure as an independent clinical social worker in New Hampshire and Maine, as well as licensure as a Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in NH. Supporting emerging professionals is a core value of my practice. I am credentialed by the NH Board of Licensing for Alcohol and Drug Use Professionals to provide supervision to CRSW, LADC, and MLADC candidates, and I also offer supervision for licensure candidates under the NH Board of Mental Health.I am trained in evidence-based practices, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), perinatal mental health, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing. My goal is to ensure that every woman feels seen, heard, and valued, and that her needs are met throughout motherhood.I’m always eager to connect with fellow professionals with a passion for uplifting women to share insights and collaborate on initiatives that support maternal mental health.
