About Katia Levecque

Passionate about thriving employees, sustainable employment and healthy workplaces, I address them from three different angles: as a Professor of Employment Relations and Social Dialogue (Ghent University), as Director of ECOOM HR in R&D which informs the Flemish Government on researchers and researcher’s careers, and as a negotiator and mediator in work contexts. The combination of these three angles allows to combine state-of-the art scientific knowledge, with policy intelligence and real life practice in interventions, change management, and conflict management. It allows interdisciplinary partnerships and collaborations with universities, government agencies, industry, unions and the broader public. Strategic thinking, stakeholder management, building bridges and a win-win mindset are key.
