I oversee all production and logistical aspects of client, artist and/or individual event from the initial planning stages to the execution and follow through of each event. I deal directly with vendors in managing contracts and providing services to our artists/clients to ensure that not only the artist/client needs are met, but that we engage and inspire the consumer so that they receive a unique VIP experience. My experience ranges from both large and small groups. I've learned to be a leader that knows when to follow. I have first hand experience with venues, artists, vendors, etc. and am eager and open to network and learn more. Through these life and event experiences, I have learned to be a stronger woman, especially in such a male-driven field. My goals are to continue working for the event marketing and music entertainment industry as well as continue to grow not only as a professional, but as an individual. I have learned a great deal from my peers and have many role models. I've learned that it is important to work hard but it is just as important to remember to give back and help others reach their own success by reaching out and being a mentor yourself.
