About Katia Nelson

Having spent more than 15 years in organizations before moving into consulting in organizational psychology, I bring a very special colour and flavour to my organizational psychology consultation practice, particularly with regard to my ability to understand my clients’ needs and capacity to offer pragmatic and tailor-made solutions. In addition to my experience in psychology, I have diversified expertise in strategic planning, change management, project management, accounting, marketing, internal and external communication, training and human resource management. I held positions of general management, administrative direction, strategic direction focused on marketing and technologies as well as positions in project management. I am known for my creativity, my keen sense of analysis and my skills as a strategist.
