I am Katica Roy, an award-winning gender economist, data scientist, and founder & CEO of Pipeline, the SaaS platform recognized by TIME and Fast Company for setting the global standard in workforce equity technology. My work focuses on one question: how to unlock economic growth by fixing inefficiencies. I advise CEOs, policymakers, and institutional leaders on how closing equity gaps drives measurable gains in performance, productivity, and shareholder value.
