Proud public servant with over 20 years experience in Contribution programs, including community capacity building, internet access, Indigenous, and broadband infrastructure programs. I take pride in my work ensuring the highest integrity, quality, and passion to deliver for Canadians where it matters most - for individuals and grassroots levels. Through my years of experience I have worked with a wide range of stakeholders including: Community development organizations, RDA’s, NGOs, Youth Organizations, Provincial Governments, Internet Service Providers (ISP), Indigenous groups and companies, and First Nation governments, to name a few. I have the full range of experience in the cycle of a program from design and implementation to monitoring and sunsetting. This includes development of program requirements, guides and templates, risk analysis, claims verification and progress report analysis. Beyond program implementation I have a wide range of experience in program budgeting, reporting, processes and procedures development, monitoring and reporting tools development, and senior management briefings.
