I am an Account Manager at Mission Lane, a fintech company that provides fair and transparent credit products. I have a high school diploma from West Adams Preparatory High School. I am currently a cybersecurity student at Southern New Hampshire University, with a concentration in data analytics. My core competencies include attention to detail, Zendesk support, and multi-tasking and handling high-volume workloads. In my current role, I assist customers with their credit accounts, answer their questions, and resolve their issues, using active listening and effective communication skills. I also use CRM to manage customer profiles and track their progress. In my previous roles, I supported customers in the automotive and mortgage industries, providing successful solutions and ensuring customer retention. I am motivated by helping people achieve their financial goals and improving their financial literacy. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked with customers from different backgrounds and needs.
