About Katie Bracewell

I’m a people leader and manager who values trust and growth. I use my skills in coaching, delivery, and collaboration to create a work environment for individuals to do their best work. I’m a self-starter and currently facilitate both a managers discussion group and a women’s learning circle with the aim to foster a supportive culture where people are empowered with frameworks and tools to contribute authentically at work. I work with software development and content development teams to nurture an environment where individuals are thriving, and teams are supported to deliver on business goals. I’ve created growth frameworks for individual roles and advocated for company-wide leadership frameworks via the DEI committee. Outside of work, you’ll find me adventuring, gardening, or baking with my 4-year-old and 6-year-old; helpful for honing my skills in asking strategic questions, determining motivations and coaching individuals to their full potential.
